About Me

Cristian Guzman is a technical game designer with six years of AAA experience, most recently on Perfect Dark. He was a core driver of the game’s social‑stealth systems, designing the mechanics that let players blend into crowds and manipulate attention with gadgets. Cristian also played a major role in shaping the game’s weapon systems, architecting the modular framework that enabled a wide range of combat expression and exotic spy‑action fantasy showcased during the 2024 Xbox reveal.

He is passionate about working on games with expressive mechanics and underrepresented cultures. He believes that game are tools to build empathy and that the play the comes from games can build connections between people and the greater world.
